Sensory "Calm Down' Bottles

January 10, 2024 3:30pm Osburn Library. 921 E Mullan Ave, Osburn

During this event, participants will have the opportunity to create their own sensory calm down bottles. These mesmerizing bottles are not only visually appealing but also serve as a tool to help regulate emotions and promote relaxation. Whether you prefer glitter, beads, or sequins, we have everything you need to create a calming masterpiece.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. Participants must attend the entire 8-hour class to receive certification.  Class size is limited to 30 participants. This training is free to the public and community members are encouraged to attend!

Sensory Play Dough Class

Our sensory play dough class uses aromatherapy to guide children through an emotional journey. By interacting with fun and colorful materials, we empower children to take control of their emotions and explore their unique perspectives  in a safe and supportive environment.
